From its first self-built mold, the principle there has not changed: own the tooling, control the quality. Twenty years on, that mold workshop has developed 27 product series and more than 100 belt, chain and sprocket models, covering pitches from 12.7 mm to 57.15 mm and every common surface type: flat top, flush grid, perforated, raised rib and nub top. Around the belts sits the complete drive ecosystem: POM sprockets in every teeth count and bore we sell, flat top chains in all standard plate widths, and the flights, side guards, hinge rods, return wheels and bushings that turn components into a running conveyor. Ordering, materials, shipping and replacement questions
Flexible. Standard belts and sprockets can start with a small trial quantity. Custom colors or modified molds may need a minimum production run; we confirm that with your quotation.
We respond promptly with a full quotation. Standard products usually ship in 10-20 days after order confirmation, and stocked items ship sooner. If it's an urgent breakdown, message us on WhatsApp and we will prioritize it.
Yes. Our belts are third-party tested by the Shanghai Institute of Quality Inspection and Technical Research to GB 4806.7-2023 (China food-contact plastics standard) and T/31SAFCM 03.2-2018 (modular conveyor belt standard), covering migration, heavy metals and sensory tests. The belts are also molded from PP, PE and POM resins compliant with FDA and EU food-contact regulations. Test reports and material compliance documents come with your order for audit purposes.
Usually, yes. Modular belts follow common pitch families (12.7 / 19.05 / 25.4 / 27.2 / 38.1 / 50.8 / 57.15 mm). Send us the pitch, rod diameter, thickness and photos of both sides of the belt, and we will confirm the matching series promptly.
Yes. We send sample modules and sprocket samples of standard series so you can check fit and material before ordering. Just tell us which series you are evaluating.
Yes. Our manufacturing base develops and builds injection molds in-house, so custom modules, special colors, logo-free packaging and development from your drawings are all supported.

Belts are assembled to your width and length, coiled and packed in export cartons on pallets. We ship worldwide by courier, air or sea, and can work with your forwarder. You get packing photos before dispatch.
T/T (bank transfer) is standard. Other terms are negotiable for repeat orders; details are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
