Overview
If a 900 series modular belt starts jumping or wearing unevenly at the drive shaft, worn sprockets are the usual cause. 900 Series Sprockets restore positive, slip-free engagement and come in 9, 12, 18 and 20 tooth versions, molded from POM (acetal). Square, round and bushing-insert bores are available.

Is the 900 Series Sprockets available in food-grade material?
Yes. The resins we mold (PP/PE, and POM where applicable) comply with FDA and EU food-contact regulations. Ask for the material compliance certificates when you order and we'll include them.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is negotiable for standard items, and small trial orders are fine. Production usually takes 10-20 days depending on quantity and color; standard items in stock ship sooner.
Can you customize this product?
Yes. Heights, widths and bores can all be customized. If you have your own drawings, we run OEM/ODM projects with in-house mold development at our factory.
