Overview
Lead-acid battery plate lines are hard on plastic belts: acid mist, wet plates, curing heat. The Battery Production Mesh Belt is a 50.8 mm pitch open-grid belt molded from acid-resistant PP / PE specifically for that environment, with 22.5% open area for drainage and airflow under the plates. It's brick-layed with hinge rods like our other modular belts, so it runs straight, drives positively on sprockets and can be built to the width and length your line needs.
