Overview
Washdown lines are where an open grid earns its keep. The 986 Series Flush Grid Modular Belt pairs a 25.4 mm pitch with 22.8% open area, so wash water drains and air moves through the belt during cooling and processing. Modules are injection molded from POM / PP and brick-layed with hinge rods; the belt runs straight, drives positively on sprockets, and can be built to almost any width and length.
