Overview

The 986 Series Flat Top Modular Belt is a 25.4 mm pitch belt with a completely closed, smooth conveying surface, molded in POM / PP. Rated belt strength is 30,851 N/m in POM against 18,056 N/m in PP, so the POM build handles the heavier pull. Modules connect with hinge rods in a brick-lay pattern, which gives high lateral strength and lets you adjust length by adding or removing rows.
