Overview
For new conveyor builds or worn-drive replacement on 1000 series modular belt, 1000 Series Sprockets give positive, slip-free engagement with the belt modules. They are injection molded from POM (acetal) in 16, 18 and 22 tooth versions. Bores: square, round or bushing insert.

Yes. These are molded from PP/PE (and POM where applicable) resins that meet FDA and EU food-contact regulations. Material compliance certificates can go out with your order.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Small trial orders are welcome; MOQ is negotiable for standard items. Typical production lead time is 10-20 days depending on quantity and color. In-stock standard items ship faster.
Can you customize this product?
