Overview
Built as a 16-tooth wheel, 2400 Series Sprockets pair with 2400 series modular belt and drive it through positive tooth engagement. The body is injection molded POM (acetal) for dimensional stability and wear resistance. Square, round and bushing-insert bores are offered.

Is the 2400 Series Sprockets available in food-grade material?
Yes. These are molded from PP/PE (and POM where applicable) resins that meet FDA and EU food-contact regulations. Material compliance certificates can go out with your order.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Small trial orders are welcome; MOQ is negotiable for standard items. Typical production lead time is 10-20 days depending on quantity and color. In-stock standard items ship faster.
