Overview
Poultry and food processing lines running 27.2 mm pitch belts usually spec a flush grid surface so wash water drains through instead of pooling on the product. The 900 Series Flush Grid Modular Belt gives 31.7% open area for drainage and airflow. Modules are injection molded from PP / POM / PE and connected with hinge rods in a brick-lay pattern, which keeps lateral strength high and lets you lengthen or shorten the belt row by row.
