The 5997 Series Flush Grid Modular Belt is the heavier open-grid option in this range: 57.15 mm pitch, 18.45 mm thick, 23.8% open area, molded from PP and rated at 47,500 N/m. Hinge rods connect the modules in a brick-lay pattern, and belt length is adjusted by adding or removing rows. Standard widths start at 304.8 mm in 76.2 mm increments.
