Overview
At 38.1 mm pitch with 27.3% open area, the 4802 Series Raised Rib Belt is built for one job: tight transfers. Its raised rib surface accepts finger transfer plates, so small or unstable products pass between conveyors without tipping into a gap. Modules are injection molded from PP / PE, assembled brick-layed with hinge rods, run straight, drive positively on sprockets, and can be built to almost any width and length.
