Overview

Most washdown lines that run a 50.8 mm pitch belt use a flush grid surface for one reason: water has to get off the belt fast. The 400 Series Flush Grid Modular Belt is a plastic modular conveyor belt with 29.4% open area for drainage and airflow, injection molded from PP / PE and brick-layed with hinge rods. It drives positively on sprockets, tracks straight, and can be built to almost any width and length.
