Overview
300 Series Sprockets are the drive sprockets for 300 series modular belt, molded in POM (acetal) for dimensional stability and wear resistance. The 12-tooth wheel engages the belt modules directly, so there is no slip at the drive shaft. Bores come in square, round or bushing-insert form.

Is the 300 Series Sprockets available in food-grade material?
Yes. The resins we mold (PP/PE, and POM where applicable) comply with FDA and EU food-contact regulations. Ask for the material compliance certificates when you order and we'll include them.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is negotiable for standard items, and small trial orders are fine. Production usually takes 10-20 days depending on quantity and color; standard items in stock ship sooner.
Can you customize this product?
Yes. Heights, widths and bores can all be customized. If you have your own drawings, we run OEM/ODM projects with in-house mold development at our factory.
