Overview
Cooling and draining sections need air and water to pass through the belt, not pool on it. The 1100 Series Flush Grid Modular Belt handles that with a 7.7% open grid surface on a 15.24 mm pitch. Modules are injection molded from POM / PP and connected with hinge rods in a brick-lay pattern, so lateral strength stays high and belt length adjusts by simply adding or removing rows.
