Overview
If product sits wet on the belt after washdown, an open grid is usually the fix. The 1000 Series Flush Grid Modular Belt keeps the 25.4 mm pitch of the flat top version but opens the surface up for drainage and airflow. Modules are injection molded in PP / POM / PE and joined with hinge rods in a brick-lay pattern, which gives high lateral strength and lets you shorten or lengthen the belt just by adding or removing rows.
