Overview
When a curved conveyor has to carry real load, belt strength through the turn is what limits you. The 7100 Series Radius Modular Belt is a side-flexing plastic modular belt rated at 24,200 N/m in PP and 30,900 N/m in POM, on a 25.4 mm pitch with a 2.3 x belt width inner turning radius. It holds positive sprocket drive through S-curves and 90/180-degree layouts on a single drive, which cuts floor space and transfer points.
