Overview

If your layout needs two straight conveyors and a transfer just to make one 90-degree turn, a radius belt removes both. The 300 Series Radius Modular Belt is a side-flexing plastic modular belt that runs S-curves and 90/180-degree turns on a single drive, with an inner turning radius of 2.5 x belt width. Sprocket drive stays positive through the curve, and the 46 mm pitch PP build is rated at 18,200 N/m with 41.5% open area.

Yes. We mold it from PP/PE resins (POM where applicable) that comply with FDA and EU food-contact regulations, and we can include the material compliance certificates with your order.
