Overview
Spiral and helical conveyors in bottling and packaging plants need a chain plate made for that geometry, and the Spiral Conveyor Chain Plate is our precision injection-molded plate for the job. It gives bottles, cans and packs the same smooth, continuous flat-top carrying surface through helical sections, and is supplied in standard widths for direct replacement. Molded in POM or PP, white or natural.

Is the Spiral Conveyor Chain Plate available in food-grade material?
Yes. It's molded from PP/PE resins (POM where applicable) compliant with FDA and EU food-contact regulations, and we can send material compliance certificates with the order.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Small trial orders are fine and MOQ is negotiable on standard items. Typical production lead time is 10-20 days depending on quantity and color; in-stock standard items ship faster.
Can you customize this product?
Yes. Heights, widths and bores can be customized, and we support OEM/ODM projects with your own drawings through in-house mold development at our manufacturing base.
