The Veybelt brand gives global buyers a direct, engineering-led route to plastic modular conveyor belts. Behind it is a specialist manufacturing base established in 2004. From its first self-built mold, the principle there has not changed: own the tooling, control the quality. Twenty years on, that mold workshop has developed 27 product series and more than 100 belt, chain and sprocket models, covering pitches from 12.7 mm to 57.15 mm and every common surface type: flat top, flush grid, perforated, raised rib and nub top. Around the belts sits the complete drive ecosystem: POM sprockets in every teeth count and bore we sell, flat top chains in all standard plate widths, and the flights, side guards, hinge rods, return wheels and bushings that turn components into a running conveyor. Our belts carry food through washdown processing lines, bottles through filling plants, parcels through sorting hubs and battery plates through acid environments. Conveyor OEMs choose Veybelt for dimensional consistency and supply security; maintenance teams choose us for accurate replacements of worn belts of any brand: send pitch, rod diameter and photos, and an engineer confirms the matching series. Food-contact belts are molded from PP, PE and POM resins compliant with FDA and EU regulations, with third-party test reports and documentation supplied for audits. Every inquiry is handled by an engineer, and every product is backed by the base that molded it.

How fast can you quote and deliver?
We respond promptly with a full quotation. Standard products usually ship in 10-20 days after order confirmation, and stocked items ship sooner. If it's an urgent breakdown, message us on WhatsApp and we will prioritize it.
Are your belts food-grade certified?
Yes. Our belts are third-party tested by the Shanghai Institute of Quality Inspection and Technical Research to GB 4806.7-2023 (China food-contact plastics standard) and T/31SAFCM 03.2-2018 (modular conveyor belt standard), covering migration, heavy metals and sensory tests. The belts are also molded from PP, PE and POM resins compliant with FDA and EU food-contact regulations. Test reports and material compliance documents come with your order for audit purposes.
Can you supply a replacement for another brand's belt?
Usually, yes. Modular belts follow common pitch families (12.7 / 19.05 / 25.4 / 27.2 / 38.1 / 50.8 / 57.15 mm). Send us the pitch, rod diameter, thickness and photos of both sides of the belt, and we will confirm the matching series promptly.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. We send sample modules and sprocket samples of standard series so you can check fit and material before ordering. Just tell us which series you are evaluating.
Do you support OEM / ODM projects?
Yes. Our manufacturing base develops and builds injection molds in-house, so custom modules, special colors, logo-free packaging and development from your drawings are all supported.
What information should I include in an inquiry for an accurate quote?
Ideally: belt series or pitch, surface type, width and length, material and color, the product being conveyed, the working environment (wet / oily / freezing / hot), and sprocket bore sizes. Not sure about some of it? Use our guided inquiry form and we will fill the gaps.
How are belts and sprockets packed and shipped?
Belts are assembled to your width and length, coiled and packed in export cartons on pallets. We ship worldwide by courier, air or sea, and can work with your forwarder. You get packing photos before dispatch.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer) is standard. Other terms are negotiable for repeat orders; details are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
How do I know the quality before I order?
Three ways: material compliance documents, pre-shipment photo or video inspection on request, and sample modules. Behind all of it is a manufacturing base that has molded conveyor components for 20+ years, with in-house mold development and QC.
Can I buy sprockets or accessories without a belt?
Yes. Sprockets, flights, side guards, hinge rods, bushings and other accessories can all be ordered separately as spare parts for existing lines.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our manufacturing base is in China. It has 20+ years of injection molding experience and an in-house mold workshop backed by complete QC. Audits and visits can be arranged; contact us for details.
